ISSUE #55

Issue 55 Stage Image

It has been a year since the mass protests in Belarus against the forged presidential elections. The consequences of the, mildly speaking, strained relations between the EU and Belarus are mainly felt by the neighbouring countries Lithuania, Latvia and Poland, argues Anna Constanta. On a lighter note, Mykolas Steponavičius humorously gets to the heart of the absurdities and opinions we hear since the corona crisis, especially from people we did not expect them from. Furthermore, Marta Montanari brings us on a bike tour through ancient Umbria, while Salomé Melchior brings us closer to the Breton musician Alan Stivell. And if you just want to take a moment for yourself, we recommend you the self-reflections by Julia Zalewska.
