The E&M team is glad to present you with a new issue featuring five articles on diverse topics. First, Nisa Sherifi introduces the first part in her series interviewing a Kosovar political activist, mother and former guerrilla fighter. Then, in light of the current SCOTUS decision ending federal abortion rights, we have an intimate testimony by an author who has experienced both being raised by persons incapable of doing so, and who has faced the complicated choice of abortion herself. Third, author Sara Piludu interviews the CEO of CrowdFarming, who seeks to democratize the food supply chain and put consumers directly in connection with producers. Fourth, author Janina Kehrer presents a survey and a reflection on the phenomenon of flashbulb memories, the shared recollection of significant events. Lastly, to mark the 25th anniversary of the Harry Potter series, Laura Worsch reflects on her continued love for the books despite their many flaws and those of their author.
